Mescaline Alley
Mescaline was part of the 60's drug culture. Many called it LSD's little brother. It is derived from the cactus plant (peyote) while LSD is created in a "lab" environment. The 60's drug or counter culture was interesting and much good music came from it. It was laced into the fabric of the time, like it or not. The Human was in high school during this time, and played in very good rock bands from 67-69. While he did not indulge in these mind-trips, he found the entire scene fascinating and the music awesome. It is only natural that some of these experiences from this period would get incorporated into his music today, just as many things from this time are. The key to the uniqueness of his music is so much exposure to so music music over decades that he has shaped and made his own.
This brings us to" Mescaline Alley." A tale of a man with an extremely good buzz ending up walking down a fascinating alley that leads him an isolated big wooden door next to a dumpster. Inside? A trippy scene of music and lights beyond his wildest imagination. So, take a listen. Take a trip down "Mescaline Alley."
